About Us
Mission Statement
Happy Home Care, LLC operates Day Treatment Programs and In Home Services, dedicated to the community of those who have developmental disabilities. It is the intention of HHC that those with Disabilities in our community function in the highest levels of excellence while providing a caring, safe, and loving environment to maximize the lives of our consumers to live at the highest functioning level with dignity and respect.
Vision Statement
Our Vision is to provide a well-structured, safe and balanced program which meets or exceeds Arizona Department of Developmental Disability, a Division of Department of Economic Security and all placing agencies standards, guidelines for safety, accountability and expectations.
Mosley Ogbanga has over 30 years of experience working with people of disability, Juvenile delinquents, and abused and neglected children. Mr. Ogbanga worked in group home, Arizona Juvenile Correction, and Arizona Department of Child Safety (DCS) before accepting the position of Director of Operations with Happy Home Care.

Christiana Ogbanga has over 25 years of experience working with people with disability and Behavioral/Geriatrics Health. She had worked in various hospitals including Maricopa County Hospital. She had a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing.
